We are seeking a driven and experienced Sales Manager based in Tirana, Albania, to lead business development efforts across Albania.

The successful candidate will be responsible for selling Wildfire's full range of creative and digital services - including web development, branding, marketing strategy, and AI solutions - as well as a growing portfolio of locally developed SaaS products built for key Albanian industries such as restaurants, tourism, hotels, and tour operators.

This is a mid-level to senior position with significant growth potential. We offer a competitive base salary plus commission, and a collaborative environment with direct access to company leadership.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, prospect, and close new business opportunities for Wildfire's creative and digital services across Albania.
  • Sell and promote Wildfire's SaaS products to businesses in the restaurant, tourism, hotel, and tour operator sectors.
  • Manage inbound leads from local Google Ads campaigns, including follow-up, nurturing, and upselling.
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads through networking, cold outreach, referrals, and industry events.
  • Develop and execute a regional sales strategy covering Tirana and key cities nationwide.
  • Conduct in-person and virtual presentations, product demos, and consultations with prospective clients.
  • Collaborate with the creative and development teams to create tailored proposals and pricing packages.
  • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Provide regular reporting on sales activity, pipeline status, and market feedback to the Director.
  • Represent Wildfire at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities throughout Albania.

Qualifications

  • You must be a citizen of the Republic of Albania or have legal status to work in the country and be located in Tirana.
  • Fluent in Albanian and English (spoken and written). Both languages are essential for this role.
  • Minimum 3 years of professional experience in sales.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong understanding of the Albanian business landscape and market dynamics.
  • Experience in tech or selling digital services (web development, marketing, SaaS) is strongly preferred.
  • Excellent presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage your own schedule.
  • Comfortable using CRM tools, Google Workspace, and other cloud-based platforms.
  • Professional network within Albanian business communities is a significant advantage.

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Personal/Office Assistant based in Tirana, Albania.

The successful candidate will work closely with our Albanian-based Director, shadowing them in day-to-day tasks and assisting with both personal and administrative responsibilities. This role requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

This is an entry-level position with potential for growth within the company. We offer a competitive salary, additional benefits, and potential travel opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as a personal assistant to the Director, including personal shopping responsibilities, proactively scheduling meetings, and handling certain categories of correspondence with clients and staff on behalf of the Director.
  • Assist with day-to-day administrative tasks, including data entry, project content management, note-taking, shadowing in meetings, record-keeping, and file organization.
  • Handle certain classes of client communications at designated times, including monitoring emails, scheduling video or phone calls, follow-ups, and ensuring action items are entered into company workflow systems.
  • Ensure the office is well-stocked with supplies, including the office kitchen.
  • Coordinate with cleaning staff and other service providers to maintain office upkeep.
  • Support the Director with miscellaneous tasks and assignments as needed.

Qualifications

  • High-level English proficiency (spoken and written).
  • You must be a citizen of the Republic of Albania or have legal status to work in the country.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Comfortable using Google Drive, Microsoft Office, and other cloud-based tools.
  • Experience with data entry, scheduling, and basic record management is preferred.
  • Knowledge or experience with social media, graphic design trends, and/or website production is preferred but not essential.
  • Professional and discreet communication style - this role requires handling sensitive information.
  • Ability to work independently and alongside the Director with an often erratic and unpredictable schedule. Working weekends and/or holidays will at times be required.
